La Venosta Skiroll becomes part of the Ski Classics Challengers circuit with a 35-kilometer-long classic rollerski race in September in Italy. La Venosta Skiroll will take place for the first time on September 24. On Saturday, September 24, it’s time for the Ski Classics Challengers event, the 35-kilometer-long classic mass start race. On the same day, a shorter 10-kilometer race is also on the program. The organizing committee warmly welcomes all participants and promises to provide an unforgettable experience for each participant and spectator.

ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW
Start authorisation: To participate in the event, you must be at least 18 years old on the day of the event. Every Italian citizen declares to be in possession of a valid medical certificate as provided for in the rules. This medical certificate must be uploaded at registration or handed in at the latest on the day before the race.
Techniques: CT (Classic Technique). In classical technique competitions, the competitors must use classical technique only (ICR 343.8). In case a participant is using the wrong technique, the Jury will disqualify the athlete. Single or double-skating is not allowed (ICR 310.2.2.5).
Registration: Registration is done via the FisiOnline portal and is possible until 2pm the day before the event.
Participants from abroad: Athletes must have an active FIS code or be registered by their respective national federations to ensure the required sports medical fitness to compete. Entries must be made using the FIS entry form of the respective national ski federation, which can be downloaded here.
Registration fee includes:
- Start bib
- A great participant gift
- Transponder (with velcro)
- Refreshment points along the course
- Medical care
- Diploma printout on the Internet
Race cancellation: 50% of the participation fee will be refunded if the local organizing committee has to cancel the event more than 24 hours before the start. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the start, the organizer has the right to withhold the fees paid. Paid fees will not be refunded if the participant is unable to start.

Timing / Transponder: Timekeeping is done by Crono BZ.
Result service: The results, sorted by age group, appear immediately after the end of the race on the Internet (results online).
